Our Commitment to Your Privacy

At Cispa, we believe that your beauty journey should be private and secure. That’s why we’ve designed our app with privacy at its core—no account creation, no data sharing with third parties, and all your personal content stored locally on your iOS device. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (if any), how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding your data. By using Cispa, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described below.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We respect your privacy so much that we do not collect, store, or process any personal identifiable information (PII) about you. This means:

• No account creation: You can use Cispa fully without providing an email address, name, phone number, or any other personal details.
• No tracking: We do not use analytics tools, cookies, or similar technologies to track your app usage, browsing behavior, or device information (e.g., IP address, device model, operating system).
• No location data: We do not collect or access your device’s location services.
• No third-party data sharing: We never share, sell, rent, or disclose any of your information to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties—because we don’t collect it in the first place.

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

All content you create or interact with in Cispa is stored exclusively on your iOS device—we do not store any of this data on our servers. The locally stored information includes:

• Chat Conversations: Your chat history with AI characters is saved directly on your device. This allows you to revisit past conversations for makeup advice or inspiration. Only you can access these chats, as they are not transmitted to our servers or any external platforms.
• Generated Makeup Looks: When you create a custom makeup look, the AI-generated image is stored in two places: (1) your device’s photo library (at your request, when you use the "Save" feature) and (2) the app’s internal generation history (accessible only within Cispa). These images are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.
• Beauty Coin Purchases: Information about your Beauty Coin balance and purchase history is stored locally on your device and synced with Apple’s App Store (as required for in-app purchase functionality). We do not have access to your payment details (e.g., credit card information)—all payment processing is handled securely by Apple.
• App Preferences: Your app settings (e.g., preferred makeup styles, notification preferences) are stored locally to enhance your user experience. These preferences are not shared outside your device.

You have full control over this local data. You can delete chat conversations, clear your generation history, or uninstall Cispa at any time—deleting the app will remove all Cispa-related data from your device (except for images you’ve saved to your photo library, which you can delete manually).

AI Generation & Data Usage

Cispa uses advanced AI technology to generate custom makeup looks based on your descriptions. Here’s how this process works with your privacy in mind:

• When you submit a description for a custom makeup look (e.g., "natural makeup with pink lips and subtle eyeshadow"), the description is processed locally on your device (or temporarily sent to our AI generation service in an encrypted format) to create the image. Once the image is generated, the description and generated image are stored locally—no data is retained by the AI service after generation.
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data from AI generation requests to improve our app (e.g., optimizing the AI’s ability to understand makeup style descriptions). This aggregated data does not contain any personal information, cannot be linked to you, and is never used for advertising or marketing purposes.
• We will never use your generated makeup looks or chat conversations for any purpose without your explicit permission. If we ever request permission to use anonymized examples of your creations for app promotion (e.g., showcasing user-generated looks in a marketing campaign), we will ask for your consent first, and you can decline without any impact on your app usage.

Security of Your Local Data

We take the security of your locally stored data seriously. While Cispa does not transmit data to external servers (reducing the risk of data breaches), we recommend taking the following steps to protect your device and Cispa-related content:

• Secure your iOS device with a passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID to prevent unauthorized access.
• Regularly update your device’s operating system and Cispa to the latest versions, as updates may include security enhancements.
• Avoid sharing your device with others if you want to keep your Cispa conversations and creations private.

Please note that we are not responsible for unauthorized access to your device or data due to your failure to implement adequate security measures.

Children’s Privacy

Cispa is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13, and we do not target the app to children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has used Cispa, please contact us at the email below, and we will provide guidance on how to delete any related data from the device.

Modifications to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app or privacy practices. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this policy and may notify you through the app. Your continued use of Cispa after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

We will never make changes that reduce your privacy protections without your explicit consent. If we plan to introduce any feature that would require collecting or sharing data beyond what is described in this policy, we will notify you in advance and ask for your permission.
